Recently returned from a walking holiday staying 6 nights half board. From arrival to departure all the staff were very helpful and professional in the service they provided, it was also pleasing to see the manager (Craig) of the hotel working with his staff and actively engaging with guests. All the food was excellent, plus requests for variations/alternatives to items on the menu were provided without issue. The manager and all staff should be proud of the standard of service they provide.
Absolutely will return to this hotel. Just steps away from the quay, lovely good size and comfortable room, beautiful views, and great food in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and welcoming, just can’t praise them enough
I only had a drink here, but the staff were friendly and the terrace has lovely views over the season towards the off islands.
I recently stayed at Tregarthen’s Hotel and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The sea view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I also tried the Sunday roast, and it was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful place that I highly recommend!
We came for a weeks family holiday to one of the cottages, what a stunning location! The atmosphere is beautiful throughout the hotel. The breakfast is stunning, I highly recommend the smoothies! We had dinner also, this was much like breakfast, great reviews all around. The service from all members of staff was exceptional at all times, I really can’t wait to come back as soon as I can!
We were part of a large family group and all of us had a wonderful time! The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the views spectacular. Really good breakfasts with plenty of choice to set you up for the day and the dinners were delicious too! An excellent base for exploring the islands, highly recommended!
Absolutely gorges place, very recommend for everyone who are looking for nice holidays. Stunning, nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff who will be with you from your first entry till your last minute in this hotel. Felt like in mums home with nice and cozy atmosphere. Back home but cant forget all views and best food which I ever tried. we travelling a lot, but I never had better sleep and rest thru the night, everything was very comfy. Highly recommend this place for single, couple or even family trip.
Whilst stopping in hugh town my wife and I called in last Friday teatime for a drink on the terrace it was lovely never being in before all staff where polite and courteous so we asked if we could book a table for Sat Evening next day and where lucky enough to get one and the meal was lovely with great service so if you get chance give it a try you won't be disappointed
